Upon investigation, we can confirm that between 20:00 BST on the 25th of June and 07:00 BST on the 29th of June we were experiencing partial service issues with our supplier which would have adversely affected our W2_DATA_EKYC_US_005 and W2_DATA_EKYC_UK_005 services.

Please note that if you have a fail-over configured in your workflow then you should not have noticed any service interruption, if you do not have a fail-over service configured then please contact your account manager to discuss this option.

The service has now been restored, please rest assured we are working with the supplier affected as a matter of priority to discover the cause of the incident.
