Resolved - Following the fix deployed at 04:08 we have been continuously monitoring the affected components and all behavior is as expected. We are now closing this incident but will continue to monitor the situation and a Root Cause Analysis will follow within the next 2 working days.

Identified - Upon investigation we can confirm that since 02:51 we have been experiencing service issues and we have identified the problem which is isolated to a third party supplier, please note that if you have a fail-over configured in your workflow then you should not notice any service interruption, if you do not have a fail-over service configured then please contact your account manager to discuss this option. Please rest assured we are working with the supplier affected as a matter of priority to implement a fix and return our service to normal working parameters. We hope to be able to provide updates every 60 minutes. Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience this may be causing you.

Scheduled - Dear Customer,

We want to take this opportunity to notify you of some scheduled down time by one of our service providers on the morning of Saturday January 11th 2020 from 03:00hrs until 09:00hrs.

We have been advised that this is unavoidable system maintenance that will involve complete unavailability of some of our international eKYC services W2-DATA-EKYC-GLOBAL_MULTISOURCE-043 and W2-DATA-EKYC-GLOBAL_SINGLESOURCE-043.

If you have failover configured to one of our alternative suppliers, then you should have minimal disruption but please note that there will be an at-risk period from 03:00hrs until 09:00hrs as we will be operating with reduced supplier availability.

If you do not have failover configured, then please speak to your account manager as a matter of priority to ensure that you are able to maintain business continuity.
