We would like to take this opportunity to notify you of some scheduled down time by one of our service providers on the morning of Saturday 12th of September from 03:00hrs until 04:00hrs.

This maintenance may affect the W2-DATA-EKYC-GLOBAL_SINGLESOURCE-043 and W2-DATA-EKYC-GLOBAL_MULTISOURCE-043 services.

There may be brief periods during this window where these services are unavailable.

If you have failover configured to one of our alternative suppliers, then you should have minimal disruption but please note that there will be an at-risk period during this time as we will be operating with reduced supplier availability.

If you do not have failover configured, then please speak to your account manager as a matter of priority to ensure that you are able to maintain business continuity.

We expect services to be fully operational again by 04:00hrs GMT on Saturday 12th of September, if there are any delays or issues relating to this maintenance window we will update our status page which can be accessed at https://status.w2globaldata.com
