Dear Customer,

We want to take this opportunity to notify you of some scheduled down time by one of our service providers on the morning of Saturday January 11th 2020 from 03:00hrs until 09:00hrs.

We have been advised that this is unavoidable system maintenance that will involve complete unavailability of some of our international eKYC services W2-DATA-EKYC-GLOBAL_MULTISOURCE-043 and W2-DATA-EKYC-GLOBAL_SINGLESOURCE-043.

If you have failover configured to one of our alternative suppliers, then you should have minimal disruption but please note that there will be an at-risk period from 03:00hrs until 09:00hrs as we will be operating with reduced supplier availability.

If you do not have failover configured, then please speak to your account manager as a matter of priority to ensure that you are able to maintain business continuity.

We expect services to be fully operational again by 09:00hrs on Saturday 11th January, if there are any delays or issues relating to this maintenance window we will update our status page which can be accessed at https://status.w2globaldata.com
